If you purchased your kit from BrainSpanĀ®:
You will not be able to create an account until your sample has been processed. BrainSpan will send an email once your sample is processed (generally within 14 days of mailing your sample). If it has been more than 14 days, and you cannot locate the email, follow the steps below.
If you purchased your kit from a healthcare professional:
If it has been more than 30 days since your sample has been processed (or 45 days since registered), follow the steps below. If it has been less than this, please contact the healthcare professional to access your report before contacting attempting an option below.
